Avani announces their new menu offering at Mahogany Restaurant.
Mahogany Restaurant is located in Avani Gaborone Resort & Casino in Gaborone. It offers delicious fare from the a la carte menu that caters to every taste. The restaurant has a formal yet cozy atmosphere and times from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm Monday to Saturday.
The new menu includes traditional or Setswana ingredients that created an out of the world aroma and trickled taste buds, from the liver dashed with amarula, to the African sushi that was made of the known Setswana ingredient Mosutlhane and dishes that were grazed with Phane soup. The aim of this new menu is to bring or welcome Botswana cuisine to the world and share the country’s indigenous prides with guests.
